Sénégal : Un hôpital pour les étudiants de l’UCAD de Dakar

“L’hôpital est un établissement public où les malades ont leurs maux à dire” Serge Mirjean. 

C’est à bras ouverts que les étudiants de l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) qui est la principale université de Dakar accueillent la construction d’un hôpital moderne au sein de leur université. 

L’hôpital moderne construit à L’UCAD est l’initiative du président de la république du Sénégal, Macky SALL. Il veut doter les 85000 étudiants du campus d’un meilleur accès au service de santé pour leurs besoins sanitaires.

L’hôpital est construit sur une surface de 10000m². Chaque bâtiment R+3 occupe environ 2500m² de surface.

Les besoins en équipements de l’hôpital sont estimés à 3 milliards de FCFA. L’hôpital comporte des blocs opératoires, une maternité, des services d’urgence, des salles d’hospitalisation, etc…

Les services qui y seront proposés sont les suivants : 

• Cardiologie,
• Chirurgie,
• Dermatologie,
• Diabétologie,
• Endocrinologie,
• Gynécologie,
• Gastroentérologie,
• Kinésithérapie,
• Neurologie,
• Ophtalmologie,
• Orthopédie ,
• Orl,
• Psychiatrie,
• Radiologie.

Cet hôpital est vraiment un atout pour les étudiants de l’UCAD qui pourront s’y soigner directement.
